Lexi & Dalton’s Dreamy Wedding with a Flower Arch

When you think about having a dreamy wedding in pink colors, you might think of having a flower arch. Arches add so much personality to your wedding. It’s a great way to express your style and vision. When guests first see a flower arch, I think they know more good things are to come! And The French Farmhouse is such a wonderful venue. This venue is near perfection. Owned by people who love all things French, this unique venue features doors and fireplaces from France, and little details which could make you think you might be in the French countryside.

And let’s talk about perfection – this couple, Lexi and Dalton, were one of the most delightful couples we have worked with in a long time. Lexi was so nice to work with – sweet, and she got back with me right away. Communication is such an important part of planning, and Lexi was a darling bride! On top of that, her style is just like my own…classic and elegant. We loved her choice of flowers, stationery, and music. It was such a fun party for everyone invited!

The Details

The invitations with their rose gold lettering were so elegant from https://www.partybazaardallas.com/. Lexi knew the owner, so on top of amazing service, she also got a family discount! It was my first time working with this vendor, but it will not be the last. They were very attentive from beginning to end. And can we talk about those earrings for a minute! So classy – it seems they might be from the 50’s, but I’m not sure, but we sure do love them! In the picture below, you will notice that Lexi got a little teary eyed. A bridesmaid gave her a special gift, and this brought on the waterworks!

The First Look

The first look is a wonderful time to spend time together with your beloved, before the wedding. It should be just you and your love, and your photographer. No peeking! And what could be more special than having your soon-to-be husband read his vows to you. Just fantastic!

The Flower Arch

Again, we loved Lexi’s style. This full flower arch from http://www.hautefloral.com was the creme de la creme of the wedding day. It was impressive and very dreamy. I’m always captivated by Haute Floral, and they have been at the top of my vendor list for florists for nine years. Kristen the owner, always listens to the brides and can execute their dream wedding with ease.

The Flowers!

We loved this French country style of design for the mostly pink flowers. Lots of roses, peonies, tulips and snapdragons make up these arrangements. With light to hot pink, these flowers really pop!

The New Bride and Groom

We are so happy that Lexi and Dalton found each other. Can you imagine a cuter couple?

The Cake with their Dog Lincoln

We love this cake from http://www.fancycakesbylauren.com and we also love how the couple incorporated a little dog ornament, which was a replica of their dog, Lincoln. Lincoln really was a star at this wedding! Look below for a cute cup with his picture on it!

Going Away Dress

Let’s chat about how cute this going away dress is! A white fringe dress, that moved with every move that Lexi made. And that ponytail! She really had a good time at her wedding, as every bride and groom should!

The Private Last Dance

If you have not thought about having a private last dance, you should. It gives you time, just you and your love, in the reception room, all to yourselves. Again, no peeking! You get a chance to enjoy one last moment together, looking at everything you just accomplished. And let me tell you, that’s incredible!

The Exit!

Although it’s sad to leave your wedding reception, know that the two of you are starting your new lives together, and nothing is more important that that!
